Our Conyers office is conveniently located just off of Georgia Highway 20 in the Honey Creek Area about 4 miles south of Highway 138 and the new Target.  We chose this location on the South side of Conyers and I-20 to be more accessible to the citizens of Rockdale as well as those in Newton and Henry counties.  We are located in the Honey Creek Medical Complex just south of Ingles and are surrounded by numerous other medical professionals.

About Our Office

Except in the case of emergency, we prefer to see patients by appointment. This allows us to reserve ample time to care for your needs.  We make every effort to keep our appointment schedule on time; however, unexpected emergencies may sometimes delay the doctor and we thank you for your patience in advance.

Please extend us the courtesy of a 24-hour advance notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.

Just as we are committed to offering you the highest technical standards of care, we are also concerned with making sure our services are affordable. Our offices are computerized, which allows us to offer prompt insurance billing services.

In Case of an Emergency

We provide 24-hour emergency coverage, and our doctors can be reached after hours by calling any of our office numbers. The answering service will put you in contact with the doctor.

Reimbursement for Office Visits:
Co-payment is due the day of your visit.

Reimbursement for Surgical Procedures:
We file insurance for surgical procedures. However, a deposit may be required prior to surgery.
