We participate in most HMOs, PPOs, and private insurance plans. Please contact any one of our office locations for more information on our participation in your particular plan. Co-payments are due the day of your visit. Ankle and Foot Centers of Georgia accepts all payments made with check, cash, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. Pay here at our Online Payment Center or pay in person, by mail, and over the phone during our business hours.
