About Our Offices

Except in the case of emergency, we prefer to see patients by appointment. This allows us to reserve ample time to care for your needs.

We make every effort to keep our appointment schedule on time; however, unexpected emergencies may sometimes delay the doctor and we thank you for your patience in advance.

Please extend us the courtesy of a 24-hour advance notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.

We practice in a variety of locations as shown on this website. We offer a full range of services at each of these locations that include:

Office X-rays
Physical Therapy
Fabrication of Orthotic Devices
Ambulatory (Outpatient) Surgery

In Case of an Emergency

We provide 24-hour emergency coverage, and our doctors can be reached after hours by calling any of our office numbers. The answering service will put you in contact with the doctor.

Just as we are committed to offering you the highest technical standards of care, we are also concerned with making sure our services are affordable. Our offices are computerized, which allows us to offer prompt insurance billing services.

Our policies are:

Reimbursement for Office Visits for Surgical Procedures
Co-payment is due the day of your visit. We file insurance for surgical procedures. However, a deposit may be required prior to surgery.

Participation in Insurance Programs
We participate in most HMOs, PPOs and private insurance plans. Please contact our office for information on our participation in your particular plan.
